Frequently asked Questions

  • Yes, we are always happy to welcome new patients to our office.

  • Your first visit typically includes a comprehensive exam, X-rays, and a discussion of your dental health and goals.

  • We recommend a child’s first visit by their first birthday or when their first tooth appears.

  • No problem — we’re here to help, not judge. We’ll take things at your pace and help you get back on track comfortably.

  • We understand dental anxiety is common and offer a comfortable, gentle approach, including sedation options when appropriate. We cater to cowards.

  • We accept most major credit cards, cash, checks, and HSA/FSA payments. We also work with most insurance plans and will help estimate your portion and file claims for you.

  • We understand that schedules can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

This allows us to offer that time to another patient in need of care. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee, though this is handled on a case-by-case basis.
